After posting the Transformation post on Instagram, I realized that Instagram was not the most effective social media platform for me at the moment. I need to clean up my profile or make a professional profile and do a lot more networking to grow there. But, I do have a much more active and much more focused social media site - Facebook, where I have 4.7k "friends" and an additional 2.1k people who follow my public posts as well as a long history of posting Social Health related content.

The Facebook post garnered 14 requests for more info, resulting in 12 calls being set up over the next two weeks. I learned how to set up Calendly so they could self-schedule. Set up all the Zoom meetings. And, generally feeling pretty proud of myself.
