Feminine Power is Reshaping Business

I spent years in sales. I was good at it, but I hated the work. Hustle culture told me to push harder, close faster, and always be upselling. Most of that system was designed by men, for men, using data that kept the patriarchy in place.

But here is what I know now. Feminine power is changing the way we do business. It does not buy into endless hustle, tiers, and funnels. It values relationship, safety, and inclusion. It builds long-term trust instead of short-term wins.

In the spiritual development community, the old way does not work. People feel pressured, conned, or excluded. They are split into two groups: those who cannot afford the “real” value and those who can. That exclusionary model does not belong in the world I want to help create.

This is also why I do not buy into courses that push the current business models. Too often they are built on FOMO, convincing you that you are wrong or behind unless you buy the next thing. Where are the leaders who are not selling another business course, but are instead building communities that heal? I believe we need fewer cycles of buy, buy, buy, and more spaces where people feel safe and supported.
