Today I spoke directly with Forbes Riley I ended up, asking her how to become the best salesman that I possibly can be, and she answered me in multitude of ways and continue to answer this question throughout the entire call. Those main takeaways were nobody cares what I do within my career or what I have accomplished they care about what can I do now and what can I do for them? The next game that she spat was something that is spoken about a lot through this community that is you need to give more than what you’re getting right now to continue to grow and finally GSD or otherwise known as get shit done because nobody’s coming here to do it for you and nobody cares if you make it you are your primarily driving force.

This is the final Monday before 2026 begins. What behaviors are you leaving behind in 2025? For me this year has been a refinement of identities. The identities I built on survival, performance, and approval. I’ve integrated the identity of being a dancer this year even though I’ve danced for almost 5 years. It’s been transformative in ways I didn’t expect and in ways I didn’t ask for. I’m taking this time to deeply reflect on my lowest moments as well as my wins.
