Funding with old S-Corp?
I bought 100% ownership of an S-Corporation lawn service business in Florida in early 2005, but its been inactive since about 18 yrs ago. Could I pay to reinstate it, then use it for No Doc funding as a 20 year old business? Suggestions anybody?
