And the beat goes on
Back in September I got a SOFI loan for $10000 and I commented and received comments (in the Radikal Marketer group) that got into something of a sticky wicket (some odd bantering back and forth).
I initially set out to ~1. Have funds available to family if I were killed or injured on my hunting trip for immediate use. 2. To provide funds for a family member in case they needed help with rent while I was away. 3. Pay a couple months worth of the loan then pay down the loan about 85% and let that reflect some positive attributes of payment history (I didnโ€™t need the loan) and Yada, yada. That created a conversation I quickly tired of. Soโ€ฆI lived, unharmed. Rent got paid. And I found another use for a portion of the funds.
I created a business checking account with Novo for a couple grand. I set up a checking account with Chime and set up direct deposit. I will deposit $200 per month for 3 months and receive $350 for my effort upon completion of the term. I also set up checking with Key bank and with deposits from novo and my government monthly, under similar time frame terms, will receive $500. If all goes to plan, I just eliminated 85% of my interest on the loan, in essence . And Iโ€™m not done. PNC is in my sights, too. I just love it when nay sayers get me pissed.
