Hey guys quick question probably it’s obvious but I just want to double check on this section here
1️⃣ "Unauthorized or Fraudulent?" → If they ask this, they are looking for you to say "fraud."
We say fraud correct?
Also I had a rep ask if I would like to put a fraud alert on my account after asking if I can be transferred to fraud department because I have some unauthorized inquiries that I would like to be removed which I said I would just like to be transferred to the fraud department at that moment which she did as I was holding to speak I kinda just panicked after waiting to speak with that department do we say yes for the fraud alert ?
