I had this client that was having a birthday and wanted to feel quite special. To feel quite special I had to make something quite special. What I thought about was making “V” shaped funnel cakes BUT JOSH!? FUNNEL CAKES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CIRCLES!!! 🤯😱🙊 What I ended up doing was using a square egg tray and making a funnel cake in that egg tray. In doing so I think I created if not the first ever square funnel cake that is vegan. She was so happy with the way these came out that she tipped me extra.
