We talk a lot about "Re-Rooting" in a new location. But have you ever stopped to think about what happens when our human roots get completely severed from the ground beneath us? For a long time, society taught us to view nature as a place we visit on the weekend—a park to walk through, a beach to sit on, or a view for a photo. Here’s the truth: We aren’t visitors in the ecosystem. We are an integral part of the ecosystem. When we disconnect from the land, the seasons, and the rhythm of the place we're in, we start to feel untethered. We get that low-grade restlessness—that itch to start over or escape. Rewilding doesn't mean moving off-grid. It means wherever you land—whether it's a lake house, a new city, or a stop along a van route—you make an intentional choice to reconnect: - 🦶 Touch the ground and feel the shift in soil from place to place. - 🌧️ Tune into micro-climates instead of hiding behind the thermostat. - 🌲 Tune into nature around you with all your senses, as often as possible. When you rewild your mindset, you stop looking for a place to occupy and start looking for an ecosystem to re-root into. How disconnected from your local environment do you feel right now (1–10)? What’s ONE small thing you can do today to "rewild" your routine? Drop it below! 👇
