Day 2 Homework
Observe: I jump into action the moment any of my family contacts me in crisis (real, imaginary, large, or small). I feel like I cannot say 'no' to people. I thrive in the chaos of it all.
Cost: I am frustrated because helping usually derails my day. I am also frustrated because their issues are usually self-inflicted.
Name & Reclaim: I am not Super Woman. All of the adults in my life can sort their issues without including me. I will pause and consider the consequences of saying 'yes' and then say 'no' if it causes me any issue, inconvenience, or will ruin my day.
