Active weekend
Morning all - thanks for including me, on my way to Cardiff for a weekend of activities , taking my teenage boys with me. First stop session for my oldest rugby mad teen is SW7 fitness session then gym and swim and a walk. Hoping to lead by example for my boys that they’re other things to life than screens.
