6K Day
A 6K Day is actually short for 6700 steps, which is the number of steps we'd like for you to average a day if you wear an Apple or Samsung watch. If you wear a Fitbit, that number jumps up to 9300 steps. Why? Because Fitbit overestimates the number of steps you're actually taking. 6700 steps moved throughout the day is one of the cornerstones of the program and does not include your workout. It's just a starting point.
