Welcome to Learn to Lift! THE strength training course for over 50s who want to feel strong, capable and confident.
Learn to Lift is a 6 week programme where you'll learn how to lift weights, progressing weekly from bodyweight exercises to working with dumbbell from week 4 onwards.
This is about building long term strength, because at Your Parent's PT, we focus on longevity.
