I am looking for someone to build me an automation together with me so that I can learn and afterwards can modify it if needed.
What the automation has to do:
1)Go on linkedin and search for 'FREELANCE HR CONSULTANT' profiles in Belgium (these consultant are freelancers and not regular employees on a companies payroll)
2)Go on their linkedin profile and look if they are mentioning wich employers they worked at (IMPORTANT: EMPLOYERS WHERE THEY WORKED AS A FREELANCE CONSULTANT and NOT AS A REGULAR EMPLOYEE)
EXTRA: some of these profiles mention their own company name they created to do their freelance activities, these companies should be ruled out.
INFO: Lot's of employees start their carreer as a regular employee on a company's payroll, they mention this on their linkedin, I don't want my list to get these companies only the companies where they worked as a freelancer. Most of them mention this in their old employers (see pictures)
3) Make a list of companies that worked in the past with freelance HR consultants based on step 1 and 2
What tool would you recommend and how much will it cost? Is it possible to set this up together with me trough a remote meeting so that I can learn to set up and modify these workflows?
