Hiring: Remote Social Media & Marketing Assistant (20-22 y/o)
I run a digital marketing agency based in California working with local auto repair businesses. We handle Google Ads, social media, and everything in between. I'm looking for someone to work alongside me as my right hand on the backend.
This isn't a boring, repetitive VA role. The work is extremely dynamic — one day you might be creating TikTok content, the next you're pulling ad performance data, the next you're designing posts on Canva. I'll personally train you on everything you need to know.
What you'd be doing:
- Social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- - Canva designs for client accounts
- - Monitoring and responding to reviews
- - Pulling reports and organizing data
- - Whatever else comes up — this role grows as the business grows
Who I'm looking for:
- 20-22 years old — I want someone my age who moves fast and gets it
- - Fluent in English (written and spoken, non-negotiable)
- - Knows Canva, Instagram, and TikTok
- - 3-4 hours/day (some days more, some days less — it's flexible)
- - Reliable and actually wants to learn and grow, not just clock hours
- - Has their own laptop and stable internet
You'd be working remotely on my systems. I'm the client-facing person — you're the engine behind the scenes making everything run.
