Has anyone successfully gotten a Twilio A2P 10DLC SMS campaign approved for a lead follow-up use case?
We are trying to get a campaign approved for following up with leads in the home services space in Florida. The number is already provisioned and the brand is registered.
The challenge is figuring out the cleanest way to frame the opt-in flow and campaign description to get through vetting without rejection.
If you have gotten something similar approved I would love to hear what worked. Specifically what opt-in language passed, what use case type you selected, and how you described the message flow. Any tips appreciated.
