I stopped tracking calories when it made me hate my relationship with food.
I missed the days when I was a kid, completely clueless about calories. Back then, I just ate what was in front of me and had FUN.
Tracking calories had me planning my whole day like I was budgeting taxes. I was thinking about food all the time. It sucked the joy out of eating.
So I decided: never again.
I looked back at my grade school self: insanely lean, no idea what a calorie was, and compared it to my life now.
Lifestyle back then:
1️⃣ I ate what I wanted
2️⃣ 2–3 hours of cardio a day
3️⃣ I actually enjoyed the cardio! so much that I didn’t even realize I was doing it
I developed the STERLITO METHOD and lost 12lbs in 30 days with these 3 principles in mind, even while working 50hrs a week.
The biggest changes?
✅ I’m not thinking about food all day
✅ I stopped the love-hate relationship with eating
✅ My progress is faster
✅ My mental health improved
✅ My stress levels dropped
If you’ve been trapped in counting calories and stressing over every bite, maybe it’s time to just let go and have fun again.
