Confidence is a behavioral trait developed through repetition and positive self-perception.
I encourage you to engage in the right practices consistently, as this will compound your confidence over time.
For me personally, confidence comes from doing what i know is good for me.
- Physical exercise (even if it's a small session, something better than nothing)
- Resting (chilling out) - something i have become better at, not feeling like i've got to be moving or doing something all the time. The confidence aspect that comes from resting is knowing i am looking after my body and mind.
- Consistency - eating the right foods, staying hydrated etc. Essentially giving yourself the best chance to thrive as a leader and as a professional.
I have a bunch of FAQs that people ask - and i try and answer black and white as i can.
