Your Words Are Painting Your World ✨
Have you ever stopped to listen to the way you talk to yourself? The life you live is created entirely by the words and thoughts you project into the world around you. Every thought is a seed. Every word is a little bit of light (or shadow) that you send out. And what you send out has a way of finding its way back to you. So today, let's try something small: 🌱 Notice one thought that doesn't serve you, and gently rewrite it. 🌱 Speak one kind, encouraging word to someone, including yourself. Reflection Value
Taking the time to reflect on my actions, motivations, successes helps me to understand myself better and honestly review those things that may not have gone the way I would have wanted them to. Reflection doesn't need to be a big ceremony. Sometimes it's just five honest minutes asking "did this week actually match what I care about?" What's one thing this week taught you about yourself?
