OK crazy yes or no question...
We’re at 40 members. And honestly, that’s about 38 more than I expected. So here’s a simple question: How many of us have a clear, intentional plan for developing future leaders? I’m talking about something systematic/repeatable... An internship. A residency. A leadership class. A school or pipeline built specifically for your organization. This really is a yes-or-no question. If the answer is yes, I’d love for you to share a sentence or two about what you’re doing.
