Hola family.... Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday!
Candid truth:
Most capable leaders don’t stall because they don’t know what to do.
They stall because — at key moments — they don’t do what they already know.
I’ve lived this in corporate leadership and as an business owner/operator.
You’ve got the plan.
The move is clear.
But hesitation shows up.
That’s not a strategy problem.
That’s an internal rule.
What’s an Internal Rule?
It’s a quiet prediction your brain built after a hard moment:
- a public miss
- a rejected deal
- pricing pushback
- authority conflict
Your brain decided:“ Let’s not risk that again.”
So now — without realizing it — you:
- soften the ask
- delay the move
- lower the price
- over-explain
- wait too long to decide
Looks like caution. It's actually protection.
And outdated protection becomes a ceiling.
One Question for Instant Clarity
Next time you delay a growth move, ask:
“What do I believe will happen if I fully execute this?”
Your first honest answer = the hidden rule.
Now you can work on the right problem.
What Actually Changes It
Not motivation.
Not affirmations.
Small tests + real evidence.
You don’t think your way into new belief —
you act your way into it through daily measurable activity.
Remove the performance ceiling.
Awareness is the upgrade point.
