I’m Antawn, author of L.E.A.D. Out Loud, senior leader in the U.S. Air Force, and founder of this Lab. I created this space to help leaders grow in the areas that matter most: how they listen, empower, adapt, and decide. My hope is that this community helps you lead with more clarity, confidence, and influence — not just in theory, but in real life.
