🧠 Reflection Prompt Post #3: Leadership Reflections Post: Week 2 — Growth
This week’s concept: Growth. Not the highlight-reel version
 the real kind.
Growth doesn’t happen when everything is smooth. It happens when you give yourself space to learn, adjust, and sometimes not get it right the first time.
A lot of leaders stall out not because they lack ability, but because they don’t allow themselves room to grow. They expect perfection too early, avoid discomfort, or stay in what they’ve already mastered, but leadership isn’t about always being polished. It’s about being willing to evolve.
Reflection question: Where in your leadership are you expecting perfection instead of allowing growth?
Is it how you communicate?
How you lead your team?
How you show up under pressure?
If you gave yourself permission to grow in that area this week, what would that actually look like?
Drop your thoughts below, what’s one area you’re ready to grow in right now?
