Monday Morning Motivation: Give Your Dream A Voice

Dreams stay dreams until you give them a voice.

Over a year ago, I started my author journey. Not because everything was perfect. Not because I had it all figured out. But because I got tired of making excuses.

I was tired of telling myself, “Now just isn’t the right time.”

The truth is, doubt was slowly choking the life out of my dream. Silence was turning my vision into a fantasy.

And at some point, I had to decide:

Am I going to keep thinking about it, or am I finally going to give it a voice?

So I started writing.

I started asking questions.

I started getting feedback.

I started doing the work before I felt ready.

And let me tell you, self-publishing was not easy. There were doubts, mistakes, second guesses, and moments where I wondered if I was doing the right thing.

But deep down, I believed L.E.A.D. Out Loud was more than a book.

It was meaning in physical form.

And now, after all the doubt, work, faith, support, and love, we just received some incredible news:

So here’s your Monday reminder:

Don’t wait until it feels like the “right time.”Don’t let doubt speak louder than purpose. Don’t keep your dream quiet just because you don’t have the full roadmap yet.

Start before you feel ready.

Move before it makes perfect sense.

Speak life into the dream before doubt talks you out of it.

Because dreams aren’t meant to stay buried.

They’re meant to be heard.
