I’m Antawn Knight, a U.S. Air Force leader, leadership instructor with 2,000+ hours of teaching, and author of L.E.A.D. Out Loud.
I built this community because I’ve spent years watching talented leaders go silent when it mattered most. I’ve also seen too many people with strong ideas go unnoticed because they didn’t yet understand the power of their voice.
