This week’s challenge is simple: Speak up once when you might normally stay quiet.
It doesn’t have to be dramatic. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be intentional. Maybe that looks like:
- sharing your perspective in the room
- asking the question
- giving the feedback
- clarifying what matters
- saying the thing you’ve been holding back
The goal is not perfection. The goal is practice. If you’re in, comment: I’m in. When you do, come back and tell us how it went.
That’s how we grow. That’s how we lead out loud.
