Anyone consistently landing in Microsoft inboxes?

Has anyone managed to improve deliverability to Microsoft accounts recently?

I’ve tried practically everything:

Outlook to Outlook

Google to Outlook

Heavy spintax

Low sending volumes

I’ve tried everything imaginable.

Even so, I’m still seeing results that are significantly worse than those with Google or other ESPs.

Have you found a strategy that actually works in 2026 to improve deliverability to Microsoft?

Or do you think cold emailing Microsoft accounts has become so restrictive that it’s no longer worth it as a prospecting channel?

I’m interested in hearing about your real experiences, tools, configurations, or changes that have made a difference.
