Let go of an underperforming team member last week only to find out this week that I as unaware of exactly how bad the problem was. Found out the employee had gone around on one of her last days and was looking for clothes that would fit her family members, only to grab those clothes, pack them up, and take them home. When confronted about it by another team member after she was no longer on the team she said “I don’t have time to come so you can just call the police.”
Couldn’t make it up if I tried
