The 3 Barriers Holding Our Community Back...

Over the last few years building Latin Wealth, one thing has become very clear through interviews, conversations, and listening to this community.

The biggest things holding many Latinos back from investing, building businesses, and creating wealth are:

• Lack of education

• Lack of representation

• A low belief system in ourselves

And honestly—those are all valid.

When you don’t see people who look like you winning, when no one teaches you how money or business really works, it’s easy to stay stuck.

But staying stuck doesn’t mean staying there forever.

Growth usually starts with small, intentional shifts—new habits, new conversations, new environments.

One thing I’m always intentional about is putting myself in uncomfortable rooms.

Rooms where I’m not the smartest person and I’m forced to listen, learn, and stretch.

That’s where real growth happens.
