Bad. As a paying member, I was promised that I would be able to ask questions and get answers. But that has not been the case in the last month. I have asked two questions in the last month but have not received any answers. It is unacceptable and goes against the membership I pay for. The good thing about this online site is the videos on martial arts techniques. I am disappointed and will not recommend this online site to any of my colleagues. I am canceling my membership.
