👋 Hi, my name is Mike Simpson!
I live in Livermore CA (just 40 miles east of San Francisco) and I am a leasing agent to over 1000 properties in San Francisco, Oakland, and other parts of the Bay Area.
I want to get these 3 things from the community:
- Learn new strategies on screening tenants
- Meet other like minded landlords
- Learn how to profit from my rentals
For fun I like to do these 3 things:
- Plays sports with my son ⚽️ 🏈⚾️
- Work on rehabbing my home 🔨
- Go visit new restaurants downtown with my family 🧑🧑🧒🧒
