Introduction
Hey everyone!👋
My name is Cherrelle, and I’m super excited to be a part of this amazing group! I joined Landbank University because I’m eager to dive deeper into the world of real estate investing-specifically, starting with buying and flipping properties to build capital.
My goal is to use that momentum to buy, build, and rent out properties for long-term passive income, and ultimately scale into a sustainable real estate portfolio. I’m really looking forward to learning from all of you, sharing experiences, and growing together on this journey!
