I am trying to create an account with Saginaw Land bank and it's saying that it's required for you to currently own a home in that area on the website Which to my knowledge this isn't true Can someone please confirm the correct website and clarify this Please and thank you

For anyone that may want land in saginaw. I have been approved for three lots. 1410 Carlisle street, 1412 Carlisle Street and 629 9th Street. I will not be purchasing 1410 because it is a small lot. 1412 Carlisle and 629 9th Street are adjacent and are both .18 acres. They are at the corner of Carlisle and 9th streeet. If anyone is interested, I am will to allow you to pruchase in my name and quit claim the deed and transfer the properties. if not I may be declining the landbank approval and allowing them to remain in the landbank. Make sure you check out the properties on land Glide, Google, and the landbank map. I have until July 24th to respond to Verda.
