We’ve been having some success with the Saginaw LandBank, but I’ve noticed that many other LandBanks require you to either:
- Own an adjacent property
- Have a development portfolio, or
- Submit a building plan
Those restrictions make it tougher for investors like us who just want to find solid, low-cost land opportunities.
Question for the group:
Do you know of any other low-cost, investor-friendly LandBanks that don’t have those extra requirements?
Would love to compare notes and see where else people are finding good opportunities.
