My name’s Eric. I’m 20 years old and from Colorado, and I’m excited to be here and finally take land flipping seriously. I’ve been learning a lot already, and my goal over the next 6 months is to stay consistent, build strong deal flow, and really understand seller financing so I can create long-term cash flow.
