Anyone do cell tower land leasing?

I'm interested in learning more about land leasing for cell towers. Has anyone done this before and/or can point me in the right direction to educate myself more on this business model?

Hey there, I'm Mandy. I'm primarily a transactional lender supporting wholesalers and investors with Double Close, EMD, and Stack Method funds for their deals. I have some SFH investment properties of my own but now I'm interested in also expanding into the cell tower land lease space.
