New program starting Tuesday: See It, Become It
Hi everyone, I'm Jenn 🤍
I'm so happy to be part of the LAMCO Wellness community. I'm the founder of ARCĨ Wellness, where I help people through life's changes by bringing movement and mind together.
This Tuesday, October 20, I'm starting a 10-week program here called See It, Become It: A Growth Mindset Program by ARCĨ. It's for anyone navigating a change or working toward a goal. Each week we'll take one step together: believing you can grow, finding your values, setting a goal that matters, learning what you need, and seeing yourself living it, with gentle movement woven through.
We meet Tuesdays at 11 AM CT / 10 AM MT. You'll find everything in the Classroom under See It, Become It.
Come as you are, with a goal in mind or just the curiosity to find one. I'd love to have you there.
