I’m so excited you’re here! Whether you’re building your career, leading a team, exploring technology, growing a business, or simply looking for a community that understands your journey, you belong here. Ladies in Tech & Friends is more than a community—it’s a place where women connect, grow, and lead together. Here you’ll find: ✨ Leadership development 💻 Technology & AI discussions 🤝 Networking opportunities 📈 Career growth strategies 🎙️ Podcast conversations 📚 Books & learning resources 🌱 Mentorship & encouragement 🎉 Celebrations of your wins My hope is that this becomes a community where you don’t just scroll…you participate, ask questions, encourage others, and build genuine relationships. Let’s get to know each other! Introduce yourself below by answering these four questions: 1️⃣ Where are you joining us from? 2️⃣ What industry or profession are you in? 3️⃣ What is one leadership or career goal you’re working toward this year? 4️⃣ What’s one fun fact about you that has nothing to do with work? Hi everyone! I’ll start by introducing myself. 💜 I’m Dr. Kenyatta Powers-Rucker, Executive Leadership Coach, former CIO, speaker, author, and founder of Ladies in Tech & Friends. 📍 Where am I joining from? I’m joining you from Maryland. 💻 What industry or profession am I in? Technology and leadership have been at the center of my career for nearly 30 years. After spending more than 18 years in executive leadership, including serving as a CIO, I now focus on executive leadership coaching, speaking, consulting, and helping women grow personally and professionally. 🎯 What is one leadership or career goal I’m working toward this year? One of my goals is to continue expanding the impact of Ladies in Tech & Friends and create more opportunities for women to connect, learn, grow, and lead. That includes building this community into a place where women can find resources, relationships, encouragement, and opportunities that help them move forward in their careers.

Last night’s Connect & Collaborate Virtual Networking Experience was an incredible evening of connection, collaboration, and community! 💜
We were thrilled to hear from past authors and other inspiring attendees who shared updates about their work, upcoming projects, businesses, and initiatives. It was inspiring to hear their stories, learn more about what they are building, and discover the meaningful connections and opportunities they are seeking. I’m sharing the Zoom chat so you can revisit the LinkedIn profiles, websites, resources, and information shared during the event. 🔗 View the event chat: https://us06web.zoom.us/launch/chat/v2/eyJzaWQiOiJ3ZWJfc2NoX2Y0MjBhNDcxM2I4MDQ4MzQ4YTU1MDNlOGUzODY1YTdjQGNvbmZlcmVuY2UueG1wcC56b29tLnVzIn0 You can also connect with me on LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/kenyatta-powers-rucker-17082b4 If someone’s story, work, or goals resonated with you, take a moment to reach out and introduce yourself.
