New week, new month, new opportunities. December is a great time to tighten things up and head into the new year with some momentum. Take a minute today and set one or two clear goals for this month. Could be mindset, execution, tracking, routines, whatever you feel will move your game forward. Drop them in the comments so the group can stay accountable and support each other. My goal for December is focus. Present-moment focus. Being fully locked in during practice, games, and daily life, and limiting the distractions that pull me away from the moment.
