🧰 Adjustable spanners (2 sizes)You’ll use these every single day. Cheap ones will slip—don’t do that to yourself.
🔩 Pipe gripsFor stubborn fittings and awkward angles. Absolute lifesaver on site.
✂️ Pipe cuttersClean cuts = fewer leaks. Hacksaws are a last resort.
🪛 Screwdriver setFlathead + Phillips at minimum. Magnetic tips = bonus points.
📏 Tape measureMeasure twice. Cut once. Get shouted at less.
🔦 Torch / head torchCupboards, lofts, under sinks—light is power.
🧤 Gloves & knee padsYour body is your career. Protect it early.
📒 Notebook or notes appWrite everything down. The best apprentices always do.
