Always take a minute to **look at the whole system before touching anything**.
When you walk into a job, try to identify:
• What type of heating system it is (combi, system, regular)
• Where the flow and return pipes run
• Where the pump and expansion vessel are located
• The current system pressure
Understanding the layout first will make fault finding and installs much easier.
A lot of problems get solved faster just by **reading the system properly**.
