One thing a lot of apprentices realise once they get on site is that the job is very different from what you learn in college.
So I’m curious…
What’s something you learned on site that college never really prepared you for?
Could be:
• a tool you had never used before
• a type of heating system you’d never seen
• dealing with customers
• or just how things actually run on site
