This community is a structured space for regular Kundalini yoga practice, embodied awareness, and sustainable wellbeing.
Inside, you will find short weekly practices (15–20 minutes), full-length classes, guided programs, and thematic courses supporting nervous system regulation, emotional balance, vitality, and clarity. Practices integrate kriyas: movement, breathwork, mudras, mantras, and focused awareness to reduce stress, improve concentration, support self-regulation, and reconnect you with your body. Selected programs also focus on women’s health, hormonal balance, and conscious pregnancy support with safe, adapted practices for each life stage.
