We test agent control systems across multiple models in real deployment conditions and document what works, what breaks, and the tradeoffs involved.

This lab is focused on utility, predictability, and cost control — not demos, hype, or speculative AGI narratives.

Members participate in ongoing experiments, short applied workshops, and research discussions as systems evolve.

Cohort size & access

Krok Core Labs is intentionally kept small.

We aim for ~20 members and cap at 25 to preserve signal quality and allow real discussion and experimentation.

Enrollment is private and approved manually. When the lab is full, new members are paused until space opens again.
