There’s something about this time of year…
Everything feels like it’s speeding up.
Schedules change.
Energy shifts.
You start realizing how quickly time actually moves.
And in the middle of all of that…
it’s very easy to put yourself on the back burner again.
So let me ask you something gently -

Not for everyone else.

People wait until things feel overwhelming… before they give themselves permission to pause and listen.
You don’t have to wait for that.
