I've found journaling to be very insightful and healing ... often times when I start to write, I find resistance and even from where/who/when that resistance originated. If you do as well, keep writing. Through the writing we see a different perspective, and, in my experience, more compassion and forgiveness. So today, I'm posing a new journal prompt from an incredible insight I received years ago ... If God allowed me to do this day over, what would I do differently?
