A brief history, terminology and components of a HipHop DJ set.

Peace Knowledge Tree HipHop was founded in 2016 by a group of likeminded HipHop practitioners from each of the elements with the view to build stronger youth and communities through the sharing and teaching of the 5 Fundamental Elements of HipHop. Deejaying Emceeing Graffiti Breaking and of course Knowledge! MY name is Dave aka DJ Lotek1200, I'v been a HipHop DJ for almost 30 years, including 12 years on radio as well as supporting some of the world's biggest touring HipHop Artists. I have a keen interest in the History of our culture and the original music and samples from which it was born. I hold down the Deejaying element of KTHH and this will be the primary focus of this Skool group. HipHop Music, Deejaying, Production / Sampling and vinyl record collecting.
