For those of you on a path of Knowing yourself and understanding the deeper layers of our existence. Sometimes it is important to allow uncomfortable emotions as they go through levels of acknowledgement: I wrote this to one of my participants in this weekends family Constellation day: "Perhaps allow the pity. If it’s there, let it be, as emotions at times may go through phases of expression and the pity might need it’s space before it converts itself into compassion. It might be a previously unacknowledged emotion." Whatever you experience, first give it space to be and allow the acknowledgement of that state you're in. Then it transforms itself since emotions are transient. Sometimes we change our state too soon and block the completion of a natural process that is happening within us. You wouldn't interrupt a chemical process when you're in the middle of an experiment or you will be left with remnants of the primary chemicals without transformation. You wouldn't interrupt bread from baking half way through. It needs the full time in each part of the journey. Let your emotions be and allow them to go through the natural process. If you find it is too much to handle, get support to move you through the alchemical process of transforming emotions.
