✨ Leadership Is Not a Title — It’s a Calling
I want to gently but boldly remind you of something today: You are already a leader. Even if your business isn’t launched yet. Even if you don’t have an offer yet. Even if your audience feels small or invisible. Leadership doesn’t begin when you monetize. Leadership begins the moment God entrusts you with influence. 📖 “We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand…” (Ephesians 2:10) 🚫 The mistake I see so often: People delay showing up because they think: - “I’m not ready yet” - “I don’t have clarity yet” - “I don’t have a business yet” But here’s the truth: 👉 Clarity comes from obedience, not perfection. 👉 Leadership is forged in alignment, not launch dates. 🎣 Speaking to everyone = reaching no one When you try to speak to all the fish in the ocean, no fish recognizes your voice. God has specific people He has assigned to you. Specific struggles. Specific seasons. Specific language. Until you get clear on: - who you’re called to lead - who you’re sent to speak to - what burden He’s placed on your heart - …content feels heavy, confusing, and forced. That’s not a discipline issue. That’s an assignment clarity issue. .... And one that I am still fine tuning myself...FREQUENTLY! 📝 That’s why I shared the Kingdom CEO Calling & Clarity Worksheet This isn’t “busy work.” This is leadership positioning. The worksheet will help you: - Anchor your identity before strategy - Discern exactly who you’re called to lead - Name the transformation you’re assigned to steward - Stop speaking into the void and start speaking with authority Even if you don’t have a business yet, this is how you prepare the ground. 📖 “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” (Proverbs 16:3) 🔥 Your next obedient step Set aside 30–45 quiet minutes this week Invite the Holy Spirit in. Work through the worksheet slowly—not rushed. You don’t need to lead loudly yet. But you do need to lead clearly.
