3 MIN READ | GOVERN YOUR NEXT 7 DAYS Homeschooled family, I want you to hear this. As we head into the weekend and early next week, I want you to carry this into the next seven days. Not as another assignment, but as something that can help you govern your time, your decisions, and what you give yourself to. You don't have to keep living moment to moment, responding to everything that comes your way. Last night, the Holy Spirit woke me up in the middle of the night, and as I began to feed my spirit, I felt Him inviting me to do something. Present my body unto God. Not to become holy. Not to become acceptable. But to present my body unto Him holy and acceptable, just as Romans 12 teaches us. And as I began yielding my body, my members, my mind, my mouth, my entire instrument unto Him, something happened. I began receiving insight. Intelligence. Understanding. And the Holy Spirit began showing me what is coming. INTENSE VICTORY. I saw what looked like a graph. There had been increases, plateaus, small movements forward. But then I saw an acceleration unlike what had come before. And here's what I want you to understand. YOUR BASE OF OPERATIONS IS CHANGING. Some of you have already left environments, relationships, and ways of living where you were constantly yielding yourself to the flesh. But leaving an environment physically doesn't necessarily mean you've stopped answering its demands. And this is what I heard so clearly: Don't answer the past. There may be calls. Old obligations. Familiar pressures. Things that once governed your decisions, your emotions, your time, and even your body. But you are not obligated to return to what Christ has freed you from. Romans 6 teaches us that sin must no longer reign over our mortal bodies. Instead, we are to present our members unto God as instruments of righteousness. Your body is an instrument. And the Holy Spirit is retuning it. This is so much bigger than trying harder, reading another book, or accumulating another prophetic word.
