Builder Golf Experience is happening in 5 minutes
🏋🏾‍♂️ Good Morning, Builders!
Today’s 7:00 a.m. Builders Gym Call was excellent! Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed through the workout, encouraged one another, and started the day with intention. One of the goals of our Builders Gym experience is not simply to exercise—it is to develop discipline, consistency, confidence, accountability, and stewardship over our health. Every workout may not feel perfect, but every time you show up, you are strengthening both your body and your mindset. For anyone who could not attend this morning, you can still complete today’s full-body workout from home or inside a small apartment or home gym. You do not need advanced equipment. Complete the exercises with body weight, or add light dumbbells or resistance bands when available. Today’s Full-Body Builder Workout Warm-Up — 5 Minutes Complete each movement for approximately 30–45 seconds: • March or jog in place • Arm circles • Shoulder rolls • Body-weight good mornings • Alternating knee raises • Hip circles • Side steps • Light jumping jacks or low-impact step jacks The goal of the warm-up is to gradually elevate your heart rate and prepare your muscles and joints for movement. Workout Circuit Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises. Rest for approximately 30–60 seconds between exercises when needed and 1–2 minutes between rounds. 1. Body-Weight Squats — 12–15 Repetitions Stand with your feet approximately shoulder-width apart. Keep your chest lifted, push your hips backward, lower yourself with control, and then drive through your feet to return to the standing position. You can hold a dumbbell, kettlebell, backpack, or gallon of water for added resistance. 2. Push-Ups — 8–12 Repetitions Complete standard push-ups, knee push-ups, or elevated push-ups using a sturdy bench, couch, countertop, or wall. Keep your body controlled and focus on lowering yourself slowly. Proper form is more important than completing a high number of repetitions. 3. Reverse Lunges — 10 Repetitions Per Leg Step one foot backward, lower your body with control, and push through your front foot to return to the starting position.
